to strip or screw or BACKSTAB

Shawn Fain in September 2016 was listed as: Apprenticeship Program sfain@ucntc.org on the list of NTC Program Coordinators.

This guy Fain had an easy job, but he was not satisfied with it.
​
Fain was tired of dealing with apprentices in an apprenticeship program that at the same time, was in the process of being savagely looted, and robbed blindly right in front of his eyes.
​
Former union dissident Fain never really cared much, never said much or did anything at all about the ongoing NTC embezzlement, fraud or theft problems.
​
S. Fain at the time was desperately seeking to "climb on up" the UAW International ladder in 2016, and when he was approached in 2016 by some "very shady" UAW 1268 Belvidere Skilled Trades person to "Agree to some Lies" by signing a MOU screwing just a few (74) Tier 2 electricians out of their jobs.
S. Fain went ahead and signed the MOU to hopefully gain some favor from the UAW President Dennis Williams and from V.P. Norwood Jewell.

But unfortunately, both D. Williams & N. Jewell did not notice Shawn Fain at all.
Williams & Jewell were both too busy at the time embezzling, stealing and robbing the NTC of union negotiated benefits.

International Rep Shawn Fain over time, plotted with Illinois UAW 1268 (2 states away from his NTC job) and plotted with other bad apples to strip certain Tier 2 Electricians out of the previously agreed Electrician Classification that the 74 Electricians agreed to upon hiring, 2012 year.
