Near the very end of the last and final day of the UAW 38th Constitutional Convention the Losing Team waited
until the WinningTeam had left the field, and they headed on out, back to the locker rooms. (Actually, many just left the arena)
At that special moment the Losers became the Winners! Losers appeared, and they voted to reverse the previously approved $100 per week "Strike Pay Increase" that was voted on and passed the day before.
The Losing Team was nice enough however to leave intact the 3% increase in base pay for the IEB because darn it, they deserve a 3% increase. The IEB is on the front-line Fighting Like Hell, fighting the demons they can find from within
